The process by which we enforce our rights normally in respect to money claims, but can often be in relation to injunctions, and other matters. Litigation is broken down by the Courts in to high value / complex claims (Multi Track), Medium value (Fast Track) and low value claims (Small Claims). All claims can be heard in the County Court, but the level of judge will change in most Multi Track cases. Highly complex or high value claims can be transferred to the High Court to be dealt with. The High Court will also deal with specialists matters, claims without a monetary value, and Judicial Reviews, see the Public Law section.
