Adam is a highly experienced solicitor advocate, and regularly appears in the High Court and Court of Appeal dealing with some of the most complex and interesting public law cases.
Adam litigates across a broad range of areas of public law and civil law disputes, ranging from contempt’s, immigration, asylum, and other challenges to government decisions via judicial review. See below for a list of cases Adam has appeared in or acted as litigator.
In 2014, Adam was recognised as solicitor advocate of the year at the Law Society Excellence awards and in 2017 was highly commended. In 2018 he presented the award on behalf of Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA).
Adam is the former Chair of the SAHCA, the only organisation representing solicitor advocates and their views. Adam is also the Chief Assessor of the immigration accreditation scheme for the Law Society and also a principal trainer for AMT Training solutions.

Adam qualified initially at the Bar in 2001, and transferred to become a solicitor in 2004. In 2005 Adam qualified as a higher court advocate in both civil and crime, and joined the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates.
In 2010, Adam qualified as an advanced immigration adviser, and supervisor, the highest level of accreditation under the Law Society Scheme. Adam continued to practice in this area, but developed his wider public law skills and continued his advocacy. Adam is now the chief assessor for the Law Society.
In 2012, Adam set up and became the principal trainer for AMT Training solutions, delivering affordable training and support to lawyers. Adam has offers training in a wide variety of areas, and ensured that the highest standards in the profession is maintained. AMT Training solutions continues to offer reasonably priced training and costs drafting, as well as other services.
In 2013, Adam was appointed as a Independent Funding Adjudicator by the Legal Aid Agency. Adam left that role, as the joint Chair of the Special Control Review Panel dealing with the most complex appeals against decision of the Legal Aid Agency.
