Advocacy, the presentation of the case before a Court or Tribunal by an accredited advocate. Adam continues to practice regularly in the High Court, and Court of Appeal. Adam accepts instructions directly, from clients and from other firms. Adam continues to work with other external advocates and the only solicitor advocate on the Home Office panel, and one of the few to hold the advanced accreditation in immigration law.
Appeal CourtsIt is essential that when presenting a case in an appeal court, your advocate is skilled at understand the Court and presenting the appeal, or the response to appeal, effectively to ensure that your case is presented effectively.

High CourtsAdvocates with experience in the High Court, know what points are effective and what are not. Adam continues to practice in all areas of High Court work, including as a duty advocate in Court 37, which helps hone his skills. Adam also attends the Upper Tribunal for Judicial Reviews

County CourtThe County Court can deal with matters worth considerable sums of money to individuals. Whilst many persons appear without representation, it is clear that an advocate will increase your chances of a successful result. Adam also appears in the first-tier tribunals.
